Since 1992, Parke Day Properties has been developing office and retail projects throughout the Southeast. Our goal is to build long-term relationships that meet our tenants' needs through creativity, flexibility, and knowledge.

We have successfully developed projects for office users such as Keller Willams, Verizon Wireless, Atlanta Gas Light, and Sun Trust Bank. Retail tenants have included Starbucks, Zaxby's, Waffle House and Ashley Home Furnishings to name a few.
