Since 1988, Parke Day Properties has been developing corporate and retail buildings that meet client and tenant needs through creativity, flexibility and knowledge.
Mr.C. Parke Day is the President of Parke Day Properties, LLC. He has been active in the Commercial Real Estate business since 1992, working primarily in the metropolitan Atlanta market developing industrial, multi-tenant office, and medical office space, as well as single tenant retail projects. He has also done retail projects in South Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Some of the tenants Mr. Day has completed projects for include Atlanta Gas Light, Jenny Pruitt and Associates Realtors, Keller Williams Realty, Sun Trust Bank, Homebanc, Starbucks, Zaxby’s, First Horizon Bank, Verizon, and Waffle House.
Mr. Day serves on the Board of Directors of Crescent Bank and was one of the founding directors of Futurus Bank. He also serves as a Trustee of the Cecil B. Day Foundation, where he serves on the Investment Committee and the Executive Committee. Mr. Day is the youngest son of the late Cecil Day, founder of Days Inns of America, and Deen Day Sanders. He is a graduate of Mercer University.

Mr. John Goodhew is the Development Manager for Parke Day Properties, LLC. In this role, he is responsible for the entire development process which includes land acquisition, site and architectural design, permitting, financing, leasing and disposition of assets. Mr. Goodhew has been in the Commercial Real Estate business for over 19 years working primarily in the southeast. During this time, Mr. Goodhew has been involved as an office tenant representative, Landlord Representative, eight years in the cell phone tower business, over 2 years as a real estate representative for Waffle House and the last 3 1/2 years in his current role. Some of his clients have been Lanier Worldwide, Peachtree Software, Starbucks and Zaxby’s.
Prior to joining Parke Day Properties, Mr. Goodhew was with the Waffle House Corporation serving as a Real Estate Representative. He was responsible for market analysis, sales estimates, site design, permitting and legal. Prior to Waffle House, Mr. Goodhew was an early key employee of Gearon Communications, a consulting firm to the wireless industry. Gearon would later be acquired by American Tower Corporation resulting where Mr. Goodhew would move to Chicago as the Midwest Regional Director of Acquisitions. This region grew from 5 employees and 1 office to oer 400 employees and 4 regional offices.
Mr. Goodhew is a graduate of Georgia State University. He enjoys spending time with his 4 children, golfing and hunting.
